How is renou different from my phone's contacts or address book?

Your contacts app stores names and numbers. renou stores the relationships behind them: how you met, what you talked about, what they're working on, when it'd be a good time to reach out. Think of it as a memory layer for the people in your life, not a replacement for your address book.

Do I need to manually log every work conversation or meeting in renou?

No. After you meet someone, just talk: say what you remember and renou turns it into a note, or a new contact if they're new. Logging a quick hello is one tap from their page. The busywork stays small so your time goes to the people.

Is my data secure in a personal CRM like renou?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell it or use it for ads. AI features only run after you agree, and the app and our privacy policy name every provider involved. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.

Can I import my existing contacts into renou from other tools?

Yes. Import from your phone's contacts, or scan business cards and QR codes with your camera, and your network comes with you in a few minutes. No CSV files, no spreadsheet wrangling.

What happens if I cancel my renou subscription?

Cancel anytime in subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the trial or billing period; during access, you can export your data from settings. After access ends, renou asks you to resubscribe before continuing.

Can I use renou without the mobile app?

No. renou is an iOS app, and your account and day-to-day use live there. With Plus or Power you can also connect an AI assistant and ask about your network from a chat. Other platforms are being evaluated.

Is there a free plan?

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, then continues as Plus or Power. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

The mentor you owe a thank-you.
The old neighbor who moved across the country.

Who should I reach out to this week?
What did Sarah and I talk about last time?
Whose birthday is coming up?
Help me write a quick hello to Ben.

It remembers, so you don't have to.
